Xavier Joseph is a defensive lineman from Covington, Georgia, who attended Eastside High School. During his prep career, he accumulated 9.0 sacks, 33 quarterback hurries, 26.0 tackles for loss, and 145 tackles. As a senior, he recorded five sacks, including two in a 45-7 victory over East Forsyth. Joseph earned Region-8 AAAA Defensive Lineman of the Year honors as a junior and was named first-team all-state by the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association.
