Carson Sloan is a junior linebacker at App State standing 6'2" and weighing 225 pounds. A native of Blackshear, Georgia, he attended Pierce County High School, where he helped lead the team to a 14-1 record and a 2-A state championship as a senior in 2023, earning Region Player of The Year and all-state honors. Sloan transferred to App State after two seasons at Samford. In 2025, his second year with the Bulldogs, he recorded 82 tackles, 6.0 tackles for loss, one sack, and eight QB hurries across all 12 games as a starter, including a 10-tackle performance in the season finale at Texas A&M. He added five pass breakups that season.
