Desmond Umeozulu is a 6'6", 253-pound edge rusher from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, who transferred to Alabama from South Carolina. A unanimous four-star recruit in the 2023 class, he played in 36 games across three seasons for the Gamecocks. Over his college career, Umeozulu recorded 30 tackles for loss, including 2.5 for loss and 1.5 sacks, along with six quarterback hurries.
