A junior from Ashburn, VA, Roser attended Briar Woods High School where he lettered four years in football under coach Mike Brunett, earning all-region and all-district honors twice. He also lettered in lacrosse. Roser attended the Air Force Academy Prep School and played football there before joining the roster.
