Christian Haynes is a left guard for the Seattle Seahawks. The 6'3", 313-pound lineman was selected 81st overall in the 2024 NFL Draft by Seattle. At Connecticut, he started 50 of 51 games played from 2018–23, earning All-American honors and serving as a two-year team captain. As a rookie in 2024, Haynes appeared in 16 games in a reserve role. He played in eight regular season games during Seattle's 2025 season before being placed on injured reserve in August, then activated in November. He appeared in two postseason contests, including Super Bowl LX, as the Seahawks won the championship.
