Over six completed seasons with the Bills, he appeared in 94 regular season games with 11 starts and contributed to rushing offenses that ranked in the top 10 nationally in five consecutive seasons, culminating in the league's top-ranked rushing attack in 2025. Gilliam recorded 2 carries for 14 yards and 2 receptions for 24 yards in 17 games during the 2025 season, also posting a career-high 13 special teams tackles. He signed a three-year deal with New England prior to the 2026 season.
