Jalen Redmond is a 6'3", 292-pound defensive tackle from Midwest City, Oklahoma, who played college football at Oklahoma (2018–2022), appearing in 36 games with 19 starts and recording 71 total tackles, 31.5 for loss, and 14 sacks. After training camp with Carolina in 2023, he signed with the UFL's Arlington Renegades in spring 2024, posting 18 tackles, five for loss, and 4.5 sacks across four games. Redmond made his NFL debut with Minnesota in Week 3 (9/22) against Houston, logging his first career sack. During his first 2024 season with the Vikings, he appeared in 13 games with two starts, recording 18 tackles, six for loss, one sack, and two passes defensed. In Week 14 against Atlanta (12/8), his first career start, he posted four tackles, two for loss, and two passes defensed—becoming the first Vikings defensive lineman since Pat Williams in 2009 to achieve that combination in a single game. Entering his fourth season, Redmond recorded 6.0 sacks and 5.0 passes defended in 2025.
