Austin Brinkman is a long snapper for the Houston Texans. The 6'4", 241-pound prospect from West Virginia signed with Houston as an undrafted free agent on May 8, 2025. Brinkman appeared in all 50 games across five seasons with the Mountaineers from 2020 to 2024, earning Academic All-Big 12 Conference First Team honors and Phil Steele All-American Third Team recognition in 2024. He was also a Patrick Mannelly Award semifinalist that year. At The John Carroll School, he played multiple positions including quarterback and defensive back while handling long snapping duties under his father's coaching.
