Matt Henningsen is a right defensive end for the Denver Broncos who entered the league as a sixth-round pick (206th overall) in 2022. At Wisconsin, he appeared in 42 games with 29 starts, recording 89 tackles, eight sacks, four passes defensed and three fumble recoveries over four seasons. In his rookie 2022 season, Henningsen played all 17 games and totaled 21 tackles and one sack. He appeared in all 17 games in 2023, adding 19 tackles and two passes defensed. Across his first two NFL seasons, he appeared in 34 games with 40 tackles, one sack and two passes defensed. In 2024, Henningsen spent the majority of the season on Denver's practice squad.
