The 6'1", 230-pound defender from Wilmington, California, attended Banning High School and joined the program as a three-star recruit ranked 2189 overall in the 2025 class. Currently a redshirt freshman, Perez recorded one total tackle during the 2025 season and returns to the roster for the upcoming campaign.
