Shamar Rigby is a 6-4, 196-pound wide receiver from St. Petersburg, Florida, who attended Clearwater Central Catholic. He signed with Purdue as a freshman in 2024, appearing in all 12 games with six starts and recording 11 receptions for 113 yards. Rigby transferred to Oklahoma State for the 2025 season, his only year with the Cowboys. He played in all 12 games with nine starts, catching 25 passes for 351 yards and one touchdown, including a season-long 48-yard reception against Cincinnati on October 18.
