Micheal Garner is a 6'7", 309-pound outside linebacker from Chicago Heights, Illinois, who attended Bloom Township High School. Originally rated as a three-star prospect and ranked No. 54 in Illinois for the 2023 class, Garner spent two seasons at Grambling State before transferring to Wisconsin. During his freshman year in 2023, he appeared in six games and recorded nine tackles and one sack. In 2024 as a sophomore, Garner played in six contests, totaling 11 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, and two sacks, including a two-sack performance against Arkansas Pine Bluff.
