Evan Van Dyn Hoven is an outside linebacker for the Wisconsin Badgers standing 6'3" and weighing 242 pounds. A native of Menasha, Wisconsin, Van Dyn Hoven compiled 32 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss, and 4.0 sacks over his final two high school seasons. He also recorded nine receptions for 240 yards and four touchdowns across eight games during his junior and senior campaigns. Van Dyn Hoven earned honor roll status throughout his four years of high school and participated in basketball and track. He did not appear in game action during the 2024 and 2025 seasons at Wisconsin. A Big Ten Distinguished Scholar in 2025, Van Dyn Hoven is a returning member of the roster.
