Eric Fletcher Jr. is a 6'1", 193-pound right cornerback from Ft. Myers, Florida, who attended Dunbar High School under coach Sammy Brown. A two-year letterman, Fletcher played wide receiver and cornerback in high school, catching 75 passes for 1,193 yards and 19 touchdowns over two seasons while adding 80 yards on 12 carries. As a senior, he recorded 45 receptions for 762 yards with 12 touchdowns and 16 defensive stops across 14 games, helping lead Dunbar to an 11-3 record and a 3A playoff semifinals appearance. Fletcher initially played at East Carolina in 2024 as a redshirt freshman, appearing in three games. He transferred to Oklahoma State for the 2025 season, playing in 10 games with 11 tackles, 1.5 TFLs, and three PBUs. Fletcher now competes at Wisconsin as a transfer.
