Emerson Mandell is a right guard for the Wisconsin Badgers, standing 6'5" and weighing 324 pounds from Moundsview, Minnesota. He attended Irondale High School, where he earned four-star composite status and was named to the KARE 11 All-Metro team, Minnesota All-Star team, and Minnesota Vikings all-state team as a senior in 2023. He played as a redshirt freshman in 2025, appearing in all 12 games with 12 starts split between right guard and right tackle. He contributed on offensive lines that produced 153 rushing yards and three touchdowns against MTSU, 157 rushing yards and one touchdown versus Washington, and 209 total rushing yards in a win over Illinois on November 22. Mandell earned Academic All-Big Ten honors in 2025.
