Charles Perkins is a defensive tackle for Wisconsin from Memphis, Tennessee. After redshirting in 2022 at UT Martin, Perkins earned consensus FCS Freshman All-America honors in 2023, recording 24 total tackles and 4.0 sacks across 10 games. He was named First Team All-Big South-OVC in 2024 after posting 40 tackles, 19 pressures, and 2.5 sacks in 14 games for the Skyhawks. Perkins transferred to Wisconsin as a redshirt junior and appeared in eight games during the 2025 season, tallying six tackles and 2.0 tackles for loss on 73 defensive snaps.
