Dalton Gustwiller is a redshirt junior defensive lineman for Western Michigan, standing 6'3" and weighing 305 pounds. From Dayton, Ohio, Gustwiller attended Kettering Fairmont High School, where he earned Ohio Prep Sports Writer's Association Division I Second Team All-State honors in 2022. He redshirted in 2023 after making his collegiate debut against Eastern Michigan. In 2024, Gustwiller appeared in seven games and recorded seven tackles, including three in a win over Bethune-Cookman. During the 2025 season, he posted four total tackles, 0.5 tackles for loss, one pass deflection, and one fumble recovery.
