Xavion Griffin is a defensive back for Western Kentucky from Vero Beach, Florida. A redshirt sophomore, Griffin played in six games during his freshman season in 2024, including one start at cornerback in the Boca Raton Bowl, finishing with six tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss. In 2025, he appeared in seven games primarily contributing on special teams while adding depth to the secondary, recording two tackles. At Vero Beach Senior High School, Griffin was a three-star prospect by recruiting services who totaled 46 tackles with 8.5 for loss as a senior in 2023.
