Rhett Larson is a 6'5", 305-pound right guard from College Station, Texas, who prepped at A&M Consolidated High School as a three-star prospect and First Team All-District selection. He began his college career at SMU in 2022 without appearing in games, then transferred to Sam Houston for three seasons. During his time at Sam Houston, Larson appeared in all 37 games across 2023–2025, including all 12 games in 2023 when he earned CUSA All-Freshman Team honors, 13 games in 2024 with starts at right tackle and left guard, and all 12 games in 2025.
