Quincy Burroughs is a 6'1", 205-pound wide receiver from Jacksonville, Florida, who transferred to Western Kentucky as a redshirt senior. He began his college career at Cincinnati in 2022 without appearing in games, then spent two seasons at Wisconsin. In 2023, he played all 13 games and recorded four receptions for 30 yards, including two catches in the ReliaQuest Bowl against LSU. During his final Wisconsin season in 2024, he appeared in nine games with one reception for 13 yards.
