Michael Buck is a placekicker for Western Kentucky. The Mooresville, NC native prepared at Lake Norman High School, where he served as kicker and punter. During his prep career, he made 21 field goals with a long of 50 yards and converted 88 of 89 PATs across his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons. On kickoffs, he averaged 53.8 yards with 51 touchbacks over 118 attempts. Buck joined the Hilltoppers as a freshman in 2024 but did not appear in games that season. He saw no action during the 2025 campaign and returns as a redshirt sophomore.
