Justin Brown is a safety for Western Kentucky who hails from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where he prepped at Blackman High School. As a senior in high school, he recorded 74 receptions for 1,229 yards and 18 touchdowns while adding 214 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 28 carries. Defensively, he tallied 62 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, and two interceptions, along with 14 kick returns for 248 yards. Brown initially committed to Georgia Tech for the 2023 season but saw no game action as a true freshman. He transferred to Western Kentucky, appearing in 11 games during the 2025 season primarily on special teams.
