Jeremiah Carroll is a wide receiver from Atlanta, Georgia, who prepped at Mays High School as a two-sport athlete and all-region selection. He spent three seasons at Division II Carson-Newman before joining Western Kentucky as a transfer. Across 33 games with the Eagles, Carroll recorded 53 receptions for 903 yards and six touchdowns. As a freshman in 2023, he caught 15 passes for 284 yards in 11 games. In 2024, he led the team with 23 receptions for 364 yards and four touchdowns, adding seven carries for 148 yards including a 64-yard rushing touchdown. In his final season at Carson-Newman in 2025, Carroll posted 15 receptions for 255 yards and two touchdowns across 10 games while finishing as the team's leading receiver.
