Nate Gabriel is a 6'3", 295-pound nose tackle from Auburndale, Florida, where he compiled 160 career tackles and 12 sacks for the high school program. Gabriel enrolled at West Virginia in January 2024 and appeared in 12 games as a freshman, recording nine tackles and assisting on a sack while logging 128 defensive snaps. In 2025, he played all 12 games and saw significant action across 321 total snaps, including a season-high 34 against Texas Tech. Gabriel finished with 13 tackles, one tackle for loss, and one pass breakup. The junior is currently on the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll and majoring in sport management.
