Makhi Boone is a true freshman cornerback from Elyria, Ohio, who played for St. Edward High School under coach Tom Lombardo. A three-star recruit in the 2026 class, Boone earned All-Northeast Lakes District honors twice, including first-team selection in 2025. During his senior season, he recorded 37 tackles with 27 solo stops, five interceptions, one sack, and eight pass breakups. Against Mentor in the state regional finals, Boone posted two interceptions and a sack, returning one interception 45 yards for a touchdown. St. Edward won state championships in 2022 and 2023 and advanced to the state Division I semifinals in 2024 with a 9-6 record. From St. Edward · Elyria, OH.
