Lawrence Autry is a freshman running back for West Virginia. The Olive Branch, Mississippi native played high school football at Collierville, where he earned Region 7 6A Offensive Player of the Year and Tennessee Football Coaches Association 6A All-State honors. As a senior, he recorded 1,296 rushing yards with 26 touchdowns across 179 carries, adding 187 receiving yards and one touchdown on 26 receptions while posting six 100-yard games. Previously, he played at Center Hill High in Mississippi, rushing for 1,295 yards and 14 touchdowns on 198 carries as a junior. A three-star prospect, Autry is majoring in business.
