Andre Devine is a running back from North Fort Myers, Florida, where he played multiple positions including receiver and cornerback. The 5'7", 163-pound redshirt sophomore arrived at West Virginia as a three-star prospect in the 2024 recruiting class. A lower leg injury affected his progress during his final two high school seasons, but he posted 738 yards and six touchdowns as a sophomore, adding nine catches for 103 yards and one touchdown. Devine redshirted during his freshman year in 2024 and did not appear in games during 2025. He majors in sport leadership.
