Ryan Kean is a long snapper from Corona, California, who transferred to Washington in January 2025 via the portal. The 6'0", 216-pound redshirt senior previously spent three seasons at Utah Tech (2022–24), where he redshirted in 2022 and earned first-team All-UAC and Freshman All-America honors in 2023. He was named preseason All-United Athletic Conference ahead of the 2024 season and appeared in all 12 games that year. At Centennial High School, Kean won two league championships while playing wide receiver and long snapper, and was ranked the No. 17 long snapper prospect nationally. During the 2025 season, he handled all but one long snap for the Huskies.
