Ramzak Fruean is a true freshman right defensive end for the Washington Huskies from Nanakuli, Hawai'i. He attended Bethel High School in Washington, where he played multiple positions including linebacker, tight end, and wide receiver. As a senior in 2025, Fruean recorded 62 tackles, nine tackles for loss, and six sacks on defense, while adding 24 receptions for 625 yards and seven touchdowns. He earned Washington State Football Coaches' Association 4A first-team all-state honors and 4A South Puget Sound League – South Co-Player of the Year accolades. Fruean was also a Tacoma News Tribune first-team all-area honoree and received an invitation to the Polynesian Bowl.
