Mason James is a 5'10", 185-pound wide receiver from Norman, Oklahoma, who played four years of varsity football at Norman North HS under coach Justin Jones. As a junior in 2024, James recorded 56 receptions for 1,233 yards and 17 touchdowns, earning Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference Wide Receiver of the Year honors as the Timberwolves reached the Class 6A-I quarterfinals. In his senior season, he posted 64 receptions for 930 yards and 12 touchdowns while helping Norman North to a playoff berth and receiving second-team all-state recognition from The Oklahoman. A true freshman at Washington, James was rated the No. 4 prospect in Oklahoma and No. 33 receiver nationally by recruiting services.
