Justin Hylkema is a right tackle from Santa Clara, California, who attended Wilcox High School. At Wilcox, he earned Peninsula Athletic League Bay Division Offensive Lineman of the Year honors in 2023 and received MaxPreps third-team all-state recognition. He helped the Chargers to a 10-5 record and CIF-CCS Division II championship in 2021 and a 10-2 record with a semifinal playoff appearance in 2022. Hylkema redshirted during the 2024 season at Washington. In 2025, he appeared in the Huskies' L.A. Bowl victory over Boise State and earned Big Ten All-Academic team selection.
