Austin Simmons is a 6'5", 251-pound tight end from Albany, Oregon, who played receiver and linebacker at West Albany High School. As a senior in 2024, he recorded 41 receptions for 756 yards and seven touchdowns while posting 29 tackles, three sacks, and an interception. He earned All-Mid-Willamette League first-team honors at both receiver and defensive end. Simmons enrolled at Washington in January 2025 and appeared in contests against Purdue, UCLA, and Boise State before redshirting the season.
