George Steih is a 6'5", 295-pound right tackle from Franklin, Tennessee, who attended Grace Christian Academy. At the high school level, Steih was a three-year letterman and team captain who played both offensive and defensive line for his final three seasons. During his senior year, he earned first-team All-Region honors at both offensive and defensive line, while his junior year featured 69 tackles, 19 tackles-for-loss, and 10.5 sacks on defense. Steih redshirted during his freshman season at Wake Forest in 2023. In 2024, he appeared in all twelve games while recording 66 snaps.
