George Steih is a 6'5", 295-pound right tackle from Franklin, Tennessee, who attended Grace Christian Academy. At the high school level, Steih was a three-year letterman and team captain who played both offensive and defensive line for his final three seasons. During his senior year, he earned first-team All-Region honors at both offensive and defensive line, while his junior year featured 69 tackles, 19 tackles-for-loss, and 10.5 sacks on defense. Steih redshirted during his freshman season at Wake Forest in 2023. In 2024, he appeared in all twelve games while recording 66 snaps. During the 2025 season, Steih started nine games and led the team with 444 snaps at left guard.
