Brandon Smiley is a nose tackle from Durham, NC, who attended Riverside High School before transferring to Wake Forest from Elon. At Elon, he appeared in 11 games with one start during the 2024 season, recording 17 tackles and 1.5 tackles-for-loss. In his 2025 debut season with the Demon Deacons, Smiley played in three games and recorded two total tackles, including a tackle in the win over Western Carolina on September 6.
