Sichan John is a nose tackle for the Virginia Cavaliers who hails from Lawrenceville, Georgia, where he attended Hebron Christian Academy. A consensus three-star recruit, John appeared in five games during his 2025 debut season, recording four total tackles with one solo tackle. He made his collegiate debut on August 30 against Coastal Carolina, posting two tackles in Virginia's 48-7 victory. John also appeared against William & Mary, Stanford, Virginia Tech, and Missouri in the Taxslayer Gator Bowl. At the high school level, he was named the 2024 Region 8-AA Defensive Player of the Year and helped the Lions win the GHSA Private State Football Championship as a senior.
