Monroe Mills is a 6'7", 322-pound right tackle for Virginia who transferred in as the No. 8 player in the portal according to recruiting services. The Columbia, Missouri native attended Father Tolton Catholic High School before beginning his college career at Oklahoma State in 2020. Mills has played 2,335 collegiate snaps across 33 games with 31 starts at both tackle positions. He spent two seasons at Texas Tech starting 22 games, then moved to Louisville in 2024 where he earned Honorable Mention All-ACC honors and a 82.3 overall grade from analytics services. Mills missed the 2025 season due to injury at Virginia.
