Ethan Minter is a safety for the Virginia Cavaliers. The Chester, Virginia native attended Thomas Dale High School, where he was a four-year starter at quarterback and three-time team captain. Minter appeared in all 12 games as a freshman in 2024, recording his first career interception against Louisville on October 12. In 2025, his redshirt sophomore season, Minter made his first career start against Coastal Carolina on August 30 and logged his second career interception.
