Devon Baxter is a 6'6", 244-pound defensive end from Clinton, Maryland who attended Gwynn Park High School. As a senior in 2023, he recorded 13 sacks, nine pass breakups, and three fumble recoveries while his team finished 7-4 and reached the second round of the MPSSAA 2A playoffs. During his junior year, he posted 21.0 tackles for loss and 15 sacks on defense, while adding 12 receptions for 181 yards and four touchdowns on offense. Baxter spent two seasons at Michigan without appearing in game action before transferring to Virginia as a redshirt sophomore in 2025. From Gwynn Park · Clinton, MD.
