Jeff Exinor Jr. is a 6'1", 218-pound wide receiver from Baltimore, Maryland, who attended McDonogh School. As a senior, he recorded 30 receptions for 463 yards with six receiving touchdowns, adding 140 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns while serving as team captain on a 10-2 squad. As a junior, he caught 76 passes for 926 yards and 11 touchdowns on a 7-3 team. In his sophomore season, he had 48 receptions for 788 yards and nine touchdowns. Exinor earned all-conference honors three times and was rated a four-star prospect by recruiting services. He played in five games on special teams at Penn State during the 2025 season, including the Pinstripe Bowl versus Clemson, and redshirted. He is now a returning redshirt freshman at Virginia Tech.
