Jailen Ruth is a 6'3", 225-pound weak-side linebacker from Hawthorne, Florida, where he was a unanimous three-star prospect with an 85.47 rating from the recruiting services Industry Composite. Ruth enrolled at Vanderbilt in January 2023 after his high school senior season, during which he recorded 27 tackles for loss and 19 sacks across 10 games. He appeared in four games as a freshman in 2023.
