Gunner Givens is a 6'5", 325-pound guard from Covington, VA who attended Lord Botetourt High School. A four-star prospect ranked No. 7 from Virginia in his high school class, Givens played multiple positions at the prep level, earning first-team All-Blue Ridge honors at tight end and defensive end as a senior when Lord Botetourt went 8-4 overall with a 5-0 conference record. He spent three years at Virginia Tech (2022–24), appearing in five games before transferring to Vanderbilt. In 2025, Givens appeared in every game for the Commodores' offensive line, logging 183 snaps between left and right guard.
