Bryan Longwell, a 6'1" 240-pound senior linebacker at Vanderbilt, hails from Nashville, Tennessee, where he attended Lipscomb Academy under coach Trent Dilfer. As a true freshman in 2023, Longwell appeared in all 12 games and recorded 36 tackles while earning SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll recognition. His sophomore campaign in 2024 saw him start all 13 games and lead the team with 89 tackles, including 7.5 for loss and one sack, while also registering his first career interception. In 2025, Longwell started all 13 games as a junior, accumulating 70 total tackles with 8.5 for loss, one sack, four quarterback hurries, one interception, and two pass breakups. He currently serves on the SEC Football Leadership Council.
