William Hodges is a long snapper for UTSA who transferred from Jones College in Ellisville, Mississippi. At Sumrall High School, Hodges was a multisport athlete who caught eight passes for 134 yards and recorded four tackles and two interceptions in three games before an injury ended his senior season. He earned two all-district selections in basketball and finished fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at the state track and field meet. At Jones College, Hodges recorded three tackles and a forced fumble in 2024 while playing all nine games without a muffed snap. In 2025, he appeared in eight games, made three tackles, and did not have a bad snap.
