Cam Upshaw Jr. is a 6'2", 200-pound safety from Perry, Florida who transferred to UTSA from Memphis prior to the 2025 season. At Garden City Community College in 2023, he compiled 22 solo stops and 4.5 tackles for loss while adding three interceptions and two fumble recoveries. In his first year with the Roadrunners, Upshaw appeared in all 13 contests, recording 13 total tackles with five solo efforts, one tackle for loss and two pass breakups. He posted season-highs with four stops in the First Responder Bowl victory over FIU and contributed three tackles against North Texas.
