AJ Wilson is a 6'2" wide receiver who transferred to UTSA from Houston Christian. At the Huskies, he played in 25 games from 2022–24, accumulating 41 receptions for 1,048 yards and nine touchdowns. His 2024 season earned second-team All-Southland Conference honors after he posted 825 yards and eight scores on 29 catches, including a 206-yard, three-touchdown performance against East Texas A&M. In 2025, Wilson appeared in all 13 games with six starts, catching 31 passes for 528 yards and four touchdowns at 17.0 yards per reception, ranking fourth in program single-season history. He recorded 104 yards against UIW, 77 yards versus Rice, and reached the end zone on a 34-yard grab at Texas A&M.
