Royce Wilson is a bandit for the UTEP Miners who redshirted during the 2025 season. A native of Houston, Wilson attended Fort Bend Willowridge High School, where he competed on both sides of the ball. During his senior year, he logged 102 tackles across 10 games, including 63 solo stops and 3.0 sacks. He also added 14.0 tackles for loss, an interception that went for 66 yards, a pair of pass breakups, two fumble recoveries totaling 120 yards, and two forced fumbles. On offense, Wilson recorded 302 receiving yards and two touchdowns on 19 receptions. Standing 6'3" and weighing 220 pounds, Wilson is in his redshirt freshman year with the program.
