Brock Fonoimoana is a 6'1", 200-pound rover for the Utah Utes. The sophomore from Laie, Hawaii, attended Kahuku High School, where he was a four-star recruit rated as the No. 3 player in Hawaii and the 33rd-best safety nationally on recruiting services. He earned All-State honors as a senior and co-won the Cover2 Mati Te'o Award for Defensive Player of the Year, helping Kahuku to back-to-back state championships in 2021 and 2022. In 2025, Fonoimoana appeared in 11 games, recording nine tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss, including four tackles and an assisted TFL against Cal Poly.
