Marquis Gallegos is a free safety for the USC Trojans who stands 6'0" and weighs 190 pounds. A native of North Hollywood, California, he attended Chaminade High School for his first three years before transferring to Sierra Canyon High School for his senior year in 2023. As a four-star recruit, he was ranked No. 20 in California by national outlets. In his true freshman year in 2024, Gallegos appeared in one game against Utah State. During the 2025 season, he saw action in all 13 games primarily on special teams, recording 5 tackles with 2 for loss totaling 7 yards. Gallegos returns as a redshirt sophomore in 2026 to compete for playing time at safety.
