Reese Steele is an offensive lineman from Des Moines, Iowa, who plays for UL Monroe. He began his college career at Iowa Central CC, where he earned All-ICCAC honors as a freshman in 2021 and was named Honorable Mention NJCAA All-America as a sophomore in 2022, appearing in eight games for an offense that averaged 482 yards per game. Steele transferred to New Mexico, appearing in three games during his junior season in 2023 before redshirting. He moved to UL Monroe as a redshirt junior in 2024, appearing in eight games. In 2025, he saw action in four games with four starts, including the season opener against Saint Francis on August 28, before missing final games due to injury.
