JP Coulter is a senior wide receiver for UL Monroe standing 5'11" and weighing 185 pounds. A native of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, he attended Ocean Springs High School before playing two seasons at Mississippi Gulf Coast CC, where he earned Second Team NJCAA All-American honors as a sophomore with 48 catches for 860 yards and 11 touchdowns. In 2025, his junior year at ULM, Coulter appeared in all 12 games with eight starts, recording 21 receptions for 234 yards and ranking third on the team in receiving yards. His longest reception came against Old Dominion at 39 yards, and he posted 56 receiving yards across three catches versus Texas State.
